Frank Higginson is the head of the Hynes Lawyers’ community titles section and has been in private practice since 1992.
During this time, Frank’s focus has been purely on property law with a specialisation in strata matters including management rights, body corporate law and property development.
Frank is on the panel of ARAMA and is regularly asked to present to industry groups on issues relating to property law and in particular management rights.
