Amy Sanderson
With more than twelve years experience at the ‘coalface’ of property management and over 8 years as a trainer and consultant, Amy Sanderson knows how property managers think and feel.
Amy has provided advice to more than 100 property management businesses, including some of the best in both Australia and New Zealand. She is able to leverage her own experience with that of her clients to provide insightful, practical advice on how individuals and businesses can radically improve their performance.
Amy‘s personal experience has ranged from small rent rolls through to one of the largest in the country where she was overseeing a team of more than 30 people and over 2,500 properties. She is therefore able to assist property managers and business owners right across the full spectrum of property management operations.
In 2005, she assisted Bob Walters in the development of The Bob Walters Property Management System, Australia’s most comprehensive property management procedural system for the real estate industry.
Most recently, Amy was General Manager for Bob’s own Property Management business True Property Management, starting with zero properties under management to over 500 in under 4 years.
Amy is in demand as a speaker, trainer and consultant. She specialises in personal productivity and the leveraging of systems and technology to boost property management performance. .
