General
Management Rights are businesses that came into existence 30 or more years ago to look after the new wave of Investor driven "Holiday Rental" Apartments developed on Queensland’s Gold and Sunshine Coasts.  These original holiday letting businesses have now branched out (as well) into the Management, Caretaking and Letting of Residential properties in many of our major cities and urban areas.

Management Rights combine home ownership with business.  The Resident Manager lives on-site and runs the business of Managing and Letting the apartments in his building from his home office.  These have proven to be great family businesses with some similarities and benefits of Motels, Hotels and Caravan Parks.  Management Rights, however, require less Capital Investment, less stock and less financial exposure – they have proven to be very safe businesses with almost guaranteed cash flows:
